Study in Sweden

Sweden is a vibrant northern European nation, with Stockholm as its capital and Swedish as the official language. Key cities include Uppsala, Gothenburg, and Malmo. Like other Nordic countries, Sweden is renowned for its untouched natural beauty and stunning landscapes.

Consistently ranked among the top 5 most innovative countries globally, Sweden also leads the sustainability index, taking the top position in 2023. Its high standard of living, efficient public systems, world-class education, and welcoming locals make it a highly attractive destination for international students.

Intakes & Academic Calendar

Swedish universities offer both winter and summer intakes. Winter intake begins in September and ends in February, while the academic year consists of two semesters with exams in February and July.
