Study in Malta

Malta is a picturesque island nation in southern Europe, with Valetta as its capital. Both Maltese and English are official languages, and the country’s warm climate and beautiful coastline make it a favorite among tourists and international students.

Malta’s education system is student-friendly and easier to navigate than many of its European counterparts. The widespread use of English makes integration smooth for international students. Additionally, part-time job opportunities are abundant, helping students support their studies. Graduates in game design, hotel management, IT & software, auditing, and finance are in particularly high demand in Malta.

Intakes & Academic Calendar

Maltese universities offer winter intakes starting in September and ending in February, with some providing summer intakes from March to July. The academic year is divided into two semesters, with exams held in February and July. For the best chance of securing a spot at top public universities, it’s advisable to start your application process early, ideally by November or December of the previous year due to limited seats.
