Study in Finland

Finland is the northernmost country in Europe, with Helsinki as its capital and major cities including Espoo and Tampere. Finnish is the official language. With nearly two-thirds of its land covered in thick forests, Finland boasts the densest woodlands in Europe.

The country has become a popular destination for Indian students due to its high quality education and affordability. Despite its size, Finland is renowned for innovation, with global brands like Nokia, Supercell, and UPM originating here. Its education system and business-friendly environment set students up for success.

Intakes & Academic Calendar

Finnish universities offer intakes in winter (September to February) and summer. The academic year is split into two semesters, with exams scheduled in February and July. As with other Nordic countries, the visa process can be detailed and time-consuming.
