Study in Denmark

Intakes & Academic Calendar

Danish universities offer both winter and summer intakes. The winter intake begins in September and ends in February, while the academic year is divided into two semesters with exams held in February and July. For the best chance of securing a spot at a top public university, it’s advisable to begin your application process as early as November or December of the previous year, as seats are limited.

Process

  • Minimum 60% in Bachelor's degree
  • IELTS above 6 or TOEFL: 90-100 required for most public universities.
  • 15 years of education in English for applying for Master's degree is required
